Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas – Part 6

This is the 6th part of  ‘Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas’.  It is a great children’s Christmas story.

‘THE RESCUE BEGINS

Captain Cornelius jumped into the flying machine accompanied by Mrs Tall Small, Minim (Mrs Tall Small’s little dog), Fairy Flutter and the Miss Muddles.  Fairy Flutter had made up almost 3,000 bags of sleeping dust.

They had put as much of the sleeping dust as they could in the flying machine, whilst the Fairy Queen’s army collected the rest of the dust which they would drop onto the castle like bombs.  It was agreed that the elf army would meet them there on foot.

Very soon the flying machine and the fairy army arrived just outside Zenobia. They would have to move fast now, some of Witch Green’s spies would soon see them and warn her.

Their plan was agreed.  They were to take Witch Green by surprise.  Mrs Tall Small and her group would fly above the castle and drop the sleeping dust from high. The fairies would fly low down inside the castle and continue to sprinkle the dust.

The elf army would be the last to enter the castle on foot.  They would continue to sprinkle the sleeping dust and then find the exact location in the castle where the presents were being held.

That is precisely what happened.  There were screams of anger and surprise form the castle below as Evil Witch Green and her army realized what was happening.

“You’ll never find the presents Mrs Tall Small!” screamed Witch Green, as she sunk into the ground and fell into a deep sleep.’

Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas – Part 5

This is the 5th part of  ‘Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas’.  It is a great children’s Christmas story.

“What’s more,’” Andronmeta continued, “Zeus, King of the Elves has advised the Fairy Queen that his soldiers have seen Witch Green flying back from the north, with what looked like thousands and thousands of Christmas presents.   Zeus’ spies also believe that she has the presents stored at her castle in Zenobia.   I have been asked to tell you that our armies are on hand to assist you in whatever way you need.”“Thank you.’” replied Mrs Tall Small quite astounded by what she was hearing. “There is no choice but for us to raid Witch Green’s castle and retrieve the Christmas presents.”  She continued, “Fairy Flutter, I need you to make lots of magical sleeping dust.  Our plan is to fly above the castle, drop the dust all over Witch Green and the Fang Frogs.  When they fall asleep, we will be able to rescue the Christmas presents and then fly onto Father Christmas.  If we do this with the fairy and elf armies, there is no reason why we cannot win.”

Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas – Part 4

Here is the 4th part of  ‘Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas’.  This is great for children.

‘BACK AT THE COTTAGE

The elves sat around Mrs Tall Small’s fireplace warming themselves, whilst the reindeer rested outside with Rupert who was happily munching the eucalyptus cake which Mrs Tall Small had made for him earlier that day.

Captain Cornelius Bing was the first to arrive, followed by Fairy Flutter.  Flo and Katie Mudldle, best known as the Muddle Sisters and famous for their fighting and bravery in the great crusades, arrived next.

“The first thing we should do is go to Father Christmas at the North Pole.  We must see exactly what has happened!”  exclaimed Captain Cornelius.

“We do not have enough time,” replied Mrs Tall Small.   “We need to find the Christmas presents and return them to Father Christmas.  Then once we’ve done that, we need to turn the elves back out of stone.”

At that moment, there was a bang on the door.   It was Andronmeta, the principle assistant to the Fairy Queen.    “Mrs Tall Small, Her Highness the Fairy Queen has sent me to you on a matter of some urgency.  Some of our fairies have been out in Primrose Wood this morning and have heard stories that Evil Witch Green and her army of Fang Frogs have raided the North Pole, stolen the world’s Christmas presents and have hidden them at her castle in Zenobia.”’

This is the 3rd part of  ‘Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas’.  It’s an enchanting children’s Christmas story.

‘Mrs Tall Small had no idea where to begin.  She stood in the enchanted forest with the shivering elves and reindeer.  Snow was starting to fall and it was becoming bitterly cold.   If they stayed they would all freeze.

“We shall go back to my cottage and as soon as we arrive we’ll call Fairy Flutter, Captain Cornelius Bing and the Miss Muddles”.

They all climbed aboard the carriage.  They tied the reindeer to the back in order that they could fly along behind them.   Mrs Tall Small was concerned.  She had less than 24 hours to rescue Father Christmas and get back all the children’s Christmas presents.’

Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas – Part 2

This is the 2nd part of  ‘Mrs Tall Small Rescues Father Christmas’.  I’m delighted to share with you this enchanting Christmas story, which is ideal for children everywhere.

Mrs Tall Small was happy.  She had solved most of her Christmas shopping dilemmas.  The only last thing Mrs Tall Small needed, was some ribbon to wrap her presents up with.

She put on her sparkling new cape and went outside and jumped into her fairy carriage.  The snow was falling heavily and it was becoming very deep.   It would be easier to fly into town, instead of driving the carriage on the roads.

As the carriage flew up into the air, Mrs Tall Small could see how magnificent Fizzy Wizzy Land looked.  It really was such a wonderful Christmas.  As she made her way over the enchanted forest, she noticed what looked like a reindeer and two elves standing beside a carriage.  There was something wrong, Mrs Tall Small was certain.  She decided to lower her carriage down to see.

The elves were calling up to her, waving their arms frantically.  She could not hear what they were shouting, but she could see they were very upset.  Mrs Tall Small landed the carriage down safely amongst the trees.  “Whatever has happened my dear friends?” Mrs Tall Small enquired.

“It’s one day to Christmas Eve and Evil Witch Green has raided Father Christmas’ headquarters.  We were getting ready to load all the children’s presents on the reindeer sledges, when the mean witch appeared in a puff of smoke and her army of fang frogs stole all the presents!  She just laughed and disappeared without a trace.

Mrs Tall Small could hardly believe what she was hearing.  Evil Witch Green had done some very horrid things before in Fizzy Wizzy land, but to attack Father Christmas at the North Pole and to steal all the children throughout the world’s Christmas presents was unbelievable!   Could there be anything worse than that?

“But that’s not all,” continued the little elf, “Evil Witch Green turned the rest of the elves into stone.  We were the only ones that managed to escape.”   The tiny elf began to cry, “Please help us Mrs Tall Small, we have to save Father Christmas as well as the elves and we need to get back all the children’s Christmas presents from Evil Witch Green.”

‘Almost Christmas

It was a happy time in Fizzy Wizzy Land.   Only one day to go until Christmas Eve and everyone was very excited.

The children could not wait for Father Christmas who would be arriving very soon.  Snow had been falling for several days and the town square was covered in a blanket of snow, which glimmered in the sunshine.   From the trees icicles glistened and Fizzy Wizzy land seemed more magical than ever before.

Mrs Tall Small was busy in her cottage wrapping the last of her Christmas gifts.   She had thought very hard about her presents.  She had invented a magic cloth for the Miss Muddles.  It would help do most of their housework for them which would leave them free to battle in the crusades.

For Fairy Flutter, Mrs Tall Small had found a very old book on magical spells which she thought would be of great help to Fairy Flutter with her magic.  Fairy Flutter’s spells could occasionally go wrong!

Mrs Tall Small had spent most of her evenings since the summer knitting a red and yellow striped scarf for Rupert, her pet giraffe.  She thought he would look very handsome in it.

For her dear friend Captain Cornelius Bing, Mrs Tall Small had found a mystical compass.  Her good old friend had been finding it difficult to navigate when he had been on his last adventure and Mrs Tall Small was certain that Evil Witch Green had cast a spell on his compass. Therefore Mrs Tall Small decided that it would be an ideal time for him to change it for a new one.’
